How Did You Make it Funny? Ft. Milind Dhaimade Part-1| Podcast

In this podcast we invite people from the Indian film industry who have given us some classic comedies. The idea is to understand their brand of humour and what goes into creating a comedy movie. In our first two episodes we have famous ad filmmaker and Bollywood movie director, Mr. Milind Dhaimade who made a beautiful movie called Tu hai mera Sunday. Set in suburban Mumbai the film is about a group of friends, and their hunt for space in a claustrophobic city. In this episode, he tells us about his early days in advertising and what went behind making this beautiful story. He talks of his creative process, getting the right cast and making it all work. The Barun Sobti and Shahana Goswami-starrer film has won many film festivals and continues to win hearts. This story of finding a little space in a metropolitan has more significance now than ever before.
